Pop 'o Color fo' Summa'

My 3 absolute favorite lip colors! @nyxcosmetics makes these soft matte lip creams. I wear them on camera every day for work and out on the town at night. News you probably can't use but hey... It's fun! And I wear my biggest padded bras for ya.  I do the technology news too which is hilarious cu we all know I'm the LEAst technologically inclined human on the planet. But.....I love the tech news show. Makes me seem smart.

Dudettes......March your asses to CVS right now. Greatest invention since tampons =The SPIN PIN.
I mean it. BUY yourself this little contraption. You think it looks strange but BOY oh BOY is it wonderful!
It doesn't damage your hair, although it looks like it seriously could.
At least it doesn't damage mine--USE responsibly. (like alcohol)
It comes in blonde and dark...I got both, cuz ya know..."ombre".
I lose them all the time and cry. Don't lose them.

I am not going to attempt to post the horrendous photos I tried to take of myself putting the spin pin in....best I could do it the instagram viddy below with some screen grabs to help.

PRESENTING>>>> The SPIN PIN....

 1- wrap your hair in a messy bun at the back or side of your neck.

2- Hold in place with one hand while you place the first pin in position....and SPIN>...like the sit and spin when you were a kid (for us OLD people).  EVEN more fun though.

 3. Place the second pin at the opposite end of the bun from where you put the initial pin. I always start with first on top....then work on the bottom. (no sexual correlation)

AND BAM MOFOS!!!! You gots yourselves a sexy, messy, sloppy but sweet Beachy little bun.

PLAY a bit with bun placement. They hold really tight if your hair is thick so if you have thin hair tease that shizz up a bit.

'Somedays Gone'

I shot this with my great friend, filmmaker , editor and director Jon Danovic this past weekend. He called me at 9pm on Friday and asked if I would be in a shoot for him. As always I say yes because anything Jon does is magic.
He is pure genius and will be very famous one day. I can say I knew him well.

I ran around the AAR band house for hours as we did take after take trying to get this perfect. It WAS NOT easy. I had about 100 things to remember and could not be the weak link, especially considering it was driven by me and the lead singer, Ty. (Who is super sweet- I had to punch him, kick him in the head and throw multiple dangerous items straight at his head ex: spatula, beer bottle, shards of records, etc. I am sorry Ty.)
There were like 15 people hiding in all sorts of corners of the home helping with props and such. It was a really, really kick ass experience. I busted my rear running across that bed but it was so worth it.
